My Favorite Toddler Chairs

UNDER $100!


My toddler (1 year old) is a little too small to get on/off our couch safely and I find him wanting a comfy place to sit. He would take our oversized pillows from the couch to sit on and it was cute at first but, then I felt bad for the little guy! So I went on a mission to find the perfect chair for a one year old that wasn't going to be plastic or make my living room look even more like a daycare. The perfect size for a 1-3 year old and the colors they offer are great (check wayfair for more options)! Compared to a full size bean bag this one is much smaller and perfect for a small space (or small child)

This one is just too perfect! It really makes me want to make a little library nook for the kids.

This rocking chair is just adorable right? Not the most comfortable chair but definitely wins on cuteness. I will be getting one of these more my daughters nursery.

DIY Mudroom Built In/Hall Tree with a Bench & Drawers When we moved into our home (going on 4 years ago now) I had a vision for this little wall from the start. I knew I wanted a "mudroom" but being in California those don't exist, new builds are starting to incorporate them but not to the grandness of those beautiful country homes gracing our feeds lately. If you are looking for that craftsman/farmhouse charm of a place to hang your coat or sit down to put your shoes on and lack a dedicated room but have a wall...this is the tutorial for you! What we started with:   Toddler Boy Room Makeover (all items used in this room are linked under their category) Why a "grown up" kids room you ask? When I think of a child's room I instantly think back to my childhood rooms. Bright colors and character wallpaper or decals placed thoughtlessly on the walls, plastic tables and chairs (nothing wrong them they clean up great!), character sheets and comforters that I vividly remember never being soft enough and always cold, it was a room I would get bored of very very fast and want to re decorate.
