Salted Caramel Iced Coffee with Cold Foam 

Let's make a delicious iced coffee that is truly All About the Sauce! I've partnered with Torani for National Sauce Month (March 2021) to bring you my all time favorite coffee drink that would not be the same without Torani Puremade Caramel Sauce. If you haven't tried this sauce you are missing out on a simple ingredient that truly brings out the flavors of your beverage with the benefits of being crafted without the use of artificial flavors, colors, or preservatives. National Sauce Month is all about celebrating the natural ingredients that are making every sip a force for good, Torani Puremade Sauce means amazing flavor while being socially and environmentally responsible.


A little bit about this recipe and what it means to me; I am a Mom...a very tired, pregnant with my third baby, mom who by 3pm can only think of a tall glass of iced coffee to make it until bedtime. Pregnancy cravings hit hard this time around and now I must have something salty and sweet with that coffee, my go to choice is anything salted caramel! Salt brings out the flavors of anything it touches and when it's paired with the roasty flavors of coffee and the sweetness of caramel...MAGIC!

Salted Caramel Cold Foam Iced Coffee:

Ingredients

-16 oz Iced Coffee of your choice
-2 (or more if you are like me) tbsp Torani Puremade Caramel Sauce 
- 1/4 teaspoon Torani Caramel syrup
- 2 oz 2%milk
- 1 oz heavy whipping cream or a vanilla creamer
- Pinch of salt


You will need a frother or blender to create the cold foam

(my frother decided to stop working so I used a hand mixer & that worked ok as well)


To make cold foam:


1. Add 2% milk to frother or blender
2. Add half and half to frother or blender 
3. Add in a pinch of salt
4. Frother or blend until a foam has been created


To make the drink:


1. Fill a 24 oz glass halfway with ice (or 3/4 if you like more ice like I do) 
2. Add Torani Caramel syrup 
3. Drizzle Torani Puremade Caramel Sauce around cup and over ice
4. Pour in iced coffee (make sure to leave 1/4 of the cup empty at the top)
5. Add cold foam
6. Drizzle cold foam with more delicious Torani Puremade Caramel Sauce (because you can never have too much caramel!)
